Emily Cooper, M.D., Board Certified in Family Medicine, Sports Medicine and Obesity Medicine
Dr. Cooper is the Medical Director and Founder of Seattle Performance Medicine (SPM) and the Cooper Center for Metabolism (CCM). She has over twenty years’ experience in Family Medicine, Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology, and specializes in metabolism. She holds Board Certifications in Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Cooper actively engages patients to participate in their healthcare. This method effectively blends medical assessment, fitness, exercise, nutrition, and stress management into routine medical evaluation and practice.
